This place is a complete ripoff and full of scams

I see they are still their antics. Avoid this place like the plague! Reason I returned there is because back in 1995 I very great experience there buying a used Subura Impreza. In 2007 I needed an SUV or truck with a V8 to haul a trailer with. I found 2004 Ford Explorer that fit what I needed there online. I went there on a Wed night with my old Ford Explorer to trade in but didn't plan on walking out with a new vehicle. I knew my credit was not great and I was honest with them about that up front. I did not want them doing what Wiesner Dodge did to me let me have the vehicle thinking it was a done deal and 3 weeks later I get a call to bring the vehicle back they couldn't get financing. Well..Munday did exactly that and they were very damn pushy. They kept pushing numbers at me I needed to go get my kids from church it was late they were practically blocking the door and refusing to hand back the keys to MY truck. They sent me through the financing department I signed all the papers they said it was done deal to bring the title to my old truck to them the next day ..ok no problem. I went back next day and I handed the sales guy my title but before I let go of it I looked him right in the eye and asked him ..THIS IS a done deal RIGHT? No calls later I"m not financed RIIIGGGHT? He said nope it's all good it's a done deal. Well...almost a month..yes a MONTH later they called telling me to bring the truck back they couldn't get it financed. I told them that was BS what they did I was getting a lawyer over this they said if it wasn't on the lot by 6pm that night they were reporting it stolen. So my mom went up there she was pissed as all get out over this. I told them give my keys back and the title..well lo and behold they didn't have the title they said I never brought it in. I was LIVID!!! I told them to get that damn salesman back in there that walked off when he saw me pull up. He came in there and I said YOU tell them I handed you that title he said I didn't I quoted what I told him about when I handed the title. My mom called the GM of the dealership and chewed him out he was a total smartass to her because my credit was bad. They never found the title and we pretty much were forced to go ahead and redo the contract and sign it again and my mother as co signer which I did NOT want to do, but I was without a vehicle now so I had to do something. Told them to take another $2K off the price because the tires were bald on the truck so they did and agreed to put new tires on it..which was a joke they sent me over to TIre and wheel on Jones and had them put pull offs on the truck . Then they screwed up the paper work on the contract. My mom was supposed to be the co signer, they put ME as the co-signer. so now all the paperwork and credit goes to her. They threw on so much BS add on fees they got their money back on what we talked them down from. I should have just walked away from the deal when we saw all these little fees getting added on, but I had a business to run and I needed a truck and was not BS'ing with them anymore over the "Lost" title on my old truck. STAY AWAY from MUNDAY! I thought the crap Wiesner pulled was bad but Munday topped them all. I agree if NO stars could be given or NEGATIVE stars I would most certainly pick that..they are SCUM!

Pros: NONE

Cons: they lie and bait and switch

Good Salesman - Good Service

I have bought several cars in my lifetime; some were good experiences, some bad. I went to Munday expecting to haggle and go back and forth with the salesperson and manager when buying my new car. I was wrong. I got a professional salesperson who was knowledgable and easy to deal with. I was at the dealership for less than 3 hours from start to finish. I have brought the car back for service 3 times now (oil changes, tire rotation etc.) and the service department has been great.

Pros: No hassles - Short Time Buying

Cons: None

The Biggest RIP OFF Ever

This was the worst experience I have ever had!!! They misrepresented my loan to a company and then it was cancelled 2 weeks later....after they had already paid my car off. I took the truck back to them and told them to just keep the car they had paid off (owed 1,000 more than the trade-id). Munday convinced GMAC they had paid they car off in error and cancelled the check. Took my car back and gave them back their truck I had been driving for 3 weeks. They also took the license plates off my car, lost them, and then wanted me to sign an affidavit that I had lost them. I'm still waiting to see what they have done to my credit, which was very good before them. If you still go, check all paperwork carefully, as they will change the numbers, charge you more and then shuffle the papers fast so you don't have time to read them. DO NOT GO THERE - Can't understand why they are still in business. You would think with the GM bankruptcy, they would want reputable dealers representing them. I would give them a -10 stars but can't figure out how.

Pros: None

Cons: Rip Off Experts
