Allen Samuels Dodge - (281) 599-3502

October 6 my last time at Allen Samuels Dodge in Katy. Unbelievable shame. I get there at 7:30am, they tell me it will take 2h. At 10:30 somebody shows up, anticipating higher charges and spare parts arriving nobody knows when. I had to go to work and my wife waited there until 12:30pm. They ripped us off and did not apologize for the unacceptable service. Bye bye Allen Samuels Dodge in Katy... we can do without you.

My left rear turn signal light bulb was not working - I went in to have it replaced (it was worth the extra money to have it done quickly). After an hour of waiting in the UNAIRCONDITIONED waiting room, I finally told them I had to go. I was told that it wasn't the light bulb; it was the entire assembly which needed to be replaced. I smelled a rat and left - next day, 10 minutes and $7 later at Auto-Zone, I had a working signal. When I called service to confront them with their lie, they told me Oh, it may work now, but it will not keep working. It's 6 weeks later - still working. I wouldn't go there on a bet.

i bought a new truck from there and i need some work done in order to pull my boat i just bought they hepled with the right options i needed to pull this boat have me in and out in record time what a wonderfull experience to get something done with out any false promises just good quick and quality service
