Wonderful Service!! I have used HIS several times, and always in a crunch. They always get my invitations done quickly and of wonderful quality. I will use them again and again. Also, the selection of items is outstanding and they have tons of creative ideas for parties and events.

Great Selection and Service As a former employee and current customer, I can't believe the previous review by NL Davis. I know that the HIS spoilage policy is industry standard of 10% and rarely did we encounter spoilage on an order. Industry standard does not require replacement although we always did our best to provide like-stock or a suitable alternative. That review is not an accurate account of my experience nor the experience of countless others. Beyond their great selection, I know HIS still provides excellent customer service.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY I used this company to print 40 envelopes for my birthday party, and they printed the address correctly on the envelop, however, the ink was smeared on about 3 or 4 of them. Instead of replacing the smeared envelops with additional ones that were error-free, they gave me plain white envelopes to use in place of the original green envelopes. They said that they reserve the right to 30% spoilage (errors) for all print jobs that they do and that if I wanted to have corrected envlopes I'd have to pay for them all over again and HOPE that their printer didn't mess up the second batch of envelopes as well, because I'd have to pay for those too! Unbelievable!!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is AWFUL and they should NOT be in business with a policy like that.

Customer Service I am very disappointed in this Companies Customer Service. My name is Zachary Black and i actually do these reviews for work aswell as helping companies grow and bringing them more business. i called today at 10 a.m. this May 26 Tuesday Morning. and was asking to talk to the manager/owner about advertising on the web and also had a personal question on some wedding Invitations and the lady who answered the phone said to me "yeah, i cant answer any questions." "click" (from the phone hanging up)Great Customer Service!! so i called back and had told another person what had happened and got the information i wanted that time of course. but after that i would not do business with these people myself. but you might have a different experience.
