DON'T SIGN ANY OF THEIR DOCUMENTS OR LEAVE UR CAR! This "body shop" is unethical! Do not sign ANY of their documents. They will tell you that you have to sign a "standard" document for your car to stay their until you have your body shop pick the car up. From when they towed my car to their shop they were well informed that I WAS NOT GOING TO HAVE THEM DO THE WORK! They tore my car down WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Apparantly the "standard document" that I signed was a work order. I did tell them that I did not think I needed to sign it and they said it's standard, everybody signs it....bla...bla...bla... I was a nervous wreck and trusted them. They DECEIVED ME into signing the work order. HPD Auto Dealers division is now involoved. They are familiar with Elite Collision and their history. In the meantime my car is being held "hostage" because I signed the documents that they said did not tie me into anything! I have been dealing with two individuals there. I am not going to release their names for my protection as I may have to file a Civil Lawsuit. Tomorrow will be two weeks since they towed my car. Insurance has been paying for my rental and I know they are fed up with the situation. I sit here and think about how many other victims may have been "tied" into having their car repaired there. So there sits my poor car disassembled :-( Since this is the way they treat someone that has their car towed there, I can't imagine any quality work being performed. Don't get sucked in like I did. I will post my results after HPD pays them a visit and advise what happens then. ps. Look them up at the Better Business Bureau----NOT GOOD.

Worst place ever I had the worst days of my life when I was dealing with this collision center..My car was in a perfectly drivable condition after the collision but the guy insisted on towing the car (free of cost)...There they gave me a bill of 3500$ (for a 3000$ car)...When I told them that I will take my car out, they asked me to pay 800$ (200$ for towing, 150$ for documentation fee, 35$ for storage fee....)...The guy, Robert, kept on lying to me everyday and in the end forced me to pay 500$ (to take my car out, with no work done on it!!!)...
