I was staying in the 'Holy Land Hotel' on the outskirts of Jerusalem. There on the premises and down the hill, was a replica of the Holy Temple that had been in Jerusalem 2000 years ago... but the real one has never been rebuilt. God did not allow it, and after all... God is Sovereign. He did not allow it to be rebuilt because we know as the Body of Christ, and with Christ sitting on the throne of our hearts... we are now the temple of God... and our sacrifice of praise to God and our humble heart toward God is the sweet fragrance which ascends upward into heaven. You see it is our hearts of love toward God and toward people... in love and in truth... in everything we think, say and do... this is what pleases God. It is not a stone building... it is our tender hearts toward Him. It is not outer religious or nonreligious things we do to impress... it is the still quiet place in our hearts... humble before God which is most attractive to God.
Much love in Yeshua HaMessiah (Jesus Christ in Hebrew),
